A Message from the Founder
Healthcare has been my passion for as long as I can remember. From childhood, I have been fascinated by the human body, its remarkable functions, and the science behind healing and wellness. That lifelong curiosity, combined with a genuine desire to care for others, led me to pursue a career dedicated to helping people look and feel their very best.
At Fountain of Youth Aesthetics & Wellness, my goal is simple: to provide safe, personalized care that helps every client feel refreshed, rejuvenated, and confident in their health and wellness journey. I believe wellness should be approachable, empowering, and tailored to each individual. Whether you're seeking IV hydration, wellness support, weight management solutions, or aesthetic services, I am committed to creating an experience where you feel heard, supported, and cared for every step of the way.
I look forward to helping you achieve optimal health, vitality, and confidence.

A message from the Medical Director
I went into medicine because I believe the best thing I can do with my life is spend it on other people. My faith shapes that completely — I want to steward what I’ve been given by making good care genuinely accessible and by treating every person in front of me like they matter, because they do.
When my wife and I got engaged, we settled on a simple idea: we don’t exist for ourselves. The leaders and athletes I admire most lead by serving, and the model I keep coming back to is Christ, who gave His life for people who hadn’t earned it — myself included. I see my work as a way to reflect that same love and grace to my family, my community, and every patient who walks through the door. The goal isn’t just to manage your labs or refill a prescription — it’s to know you, walk with you, laugh with you, pray with you, sometimes cry, and help you live well in body, mind, and spirit.

Meet Brandon
Dr. Brandon Hardin is a board-certified family medicine physician (DO) who cares for patients of all ages — from annual physicals and chronic disease management to weight loss, wellness, and preventive care. He is the founder of Reflect Wellness & Aesthetics in Murfreesboro and practices the full spectrum of family medicine.
What sets Dr. Hardin apart is the kind of continuity that’s become rare: he doesn’t just see you in the clinic — if you’re admitted to the hospital, he’s the one caring for you there, too. In Murfreesboro, only a handful of physicians still practice medicine this way, following their patients from the exam room to the bedside so you’re never handed off to a stranger during the moments you need a familiar face most.
Beyond the office, Dr. Hardin has served on medical mission trips and hopes to devote even more of his career to that work over time. He’s a husband and a father of three whose Christian faith grounds how he approaches both his work and his family. When he’s not with patients, you’ll likely find him on the golf course or the basketball court, with his nose in a comic book, or parked on the couch with his wife and a big bowl of popcorn (or ice cream) for the latest episode of Love Is Blind. He’s proud to call Middle Tennessee home and looks forward to caring for this growing community for years to come.
